John 3:16-17, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

  1. What does it mean that God loved the world?
  2. How is God’s love for the world displayed?
  3. Why does John make a point of saying that God sent not His Son into the world to condemn it?
  4. How is Jesus the Savior of the world?
  5. What application does Jesus’ being the Savior of the world have in your life?
